I cannot see any prices on your site. How do I get them? If you contact us on info@ruitongltd.com, we will e-mail you a price-list. This is in Excel format. If you don't have Excel, please state your name and address and we will post it to you.
How do I get a colour chart? Also, can I get a catalogue New customers are provided with one free-of-charge on request.
Updates and subsequent colour charts can be purchased at 5.00 per set (2xdouble sided cards).
This prevents the cost being passed on to other goods.
Catalogues are now available in CD format at a cost of 3.00 (no VAT)

What payment format do you accept? Cheques, cash and bank transfers (bank details will be provided on request) are accepted.
New customers are required to pay on proforma invoice prior to despatch of goods.
Can we visit you? If so, how do we find you? Yes, you can visit our premises, preferably by prior appointment. It is preferable that you try to visit before 1pm, as there will generally be two members of staff and, therefore, someone who can assist you with your search for products. If an item is out of stock will it be automatically placed on back order? Generally yes, it will, unless otherwise instructed. If you are a new customer, we will ask you if you want your items on back order. Back orders can be held until all items are in stock if you require.
P&P will be charged on back orders.
How long does it normally take for out of stock items to come in? We try to keep on top of the stock levels, but this is not always possible, especially during the summer months, which will mean that stock could be in store within a week. However, unusual and items that are not popular can sometimes take 2-3 weeks.
Large orders, or orders will a wide variety of colours can take longer.
If I need something urgently, and it is out of stock, can it be obtained quickly? (See above.) However, as our stock comes from China, we only take delivery once a week. If you contact us early in the week, your requirements will be passed on to our Chinese office with your deadline, and we will feedback to you as soon as we are informed of delivery times.
If I want an item in a colour that is not one of your standard colours, can you do this? We can accommodate your requirements within reason. However, we will require a colour sample to work on. Please note, paint colour sheets (eg Dulux) are not always the same as the finished feather colour as the feather does have natural oils which tend to affect the colour from time to time. These items can tend to take longer to arrive.
Do you visit customers in their own premises? Due to Rui Tong Trade Ltd being only a small company, we cannot justify visiting very small customers. Visits to larger companies are generally carried out by proximity to each other, to minimise the traveling expense and maximise time.
However, we exhibit at MODA in the NEC every August, so you will be able to view our range of products at the show. Invitations are sent out prior to the event. If you haven't received one and wish to attend, please do not hesitate to ask. It is an ideal source of feedback for next season's trends.
How often do you introduce new products? We have new mount products for each new year, hence the "800 range" of mounts. Other new products are produced as a result of customer surveys - which are carried out from time to time, research and discussions with customers at MODA and other such exhibitions.
