On Receipt of Invoice for 6 months, then you will be classed as a regular customer

Post & Packaging

Large Letters/Small Packages
Unless requested, all parcels/packages are sent by first class post. Should you require to have your parcel guaranteed delivery, please inform us and your order will be processed and charged accordingly.
Please note: Back-orders will be charged for postage, usually at the minimum cost.
If you wish all back-order stock to be held and despatched together - please instruct on ordering. Thank you!

Courier Service
Please be assured, the cheapest method of shipment will always be sought
Postage to Ireland now available at £20 per 25kg
Overseas Customers
Air Mail Rates + Packaging Cost, unless other terms agreed.
Please note Size restriction by the Royal Mail will apply when packaging large orders

Returns Policy

All Returns Must Be Within 14 Days and with a valid reason for return, and Must be in a saleable condition, or no refund will be made.

Any items purchased specifically for a customer under the customer's instructions will only receive a 50% refund due to the cost of the production of bespoke items.
